How to: Manage language preferences in Aware

You can change the language used for the Aware UI, the login page, and system-generated email notifications. Aware currently supports English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Japanese.

You can set a language preference in your Aware user settings and from the drop-down menu on the login page. For more information, see About: Language preferences in Aware.

Task — Set the language preference in Aware

  1. From Aware, choose Aware Settings > Preferences.
  2. Select your Language preference from the drop-down menu.

Language preference for system-generated emails in Aware

You can set the language preference for system-generated emails, for example, notification emails sent when rules are triggered. The language preference for these emails is separate from the language preference set for the Aware UI in your user settings.

Task — Set the language preference for system-generated emails

  1. From Aware, choose System > Deployment > Settings > General > General.
  2. Select your Default language from the drop-down menu.
